    红酒鲜虾螺旋意面

    原料:西红柿400g,白洋葱300g,牛肉粒100g,黑橄榄10颗,大蒜4瓣,罗勒1茶匙,大虾10只,番茄酱70g,糖,盐
    做法:
    1、西红柿去皮,大虾去壳留尾,用红酒腌制;
    2、将去皮的西红柿切碎备用;
    3、洋葱切小丁,大蒜用压蒜器压泥,备用;
    4、取10颗黑橄榄,橄榄罐头打开以后,要尽快用,如果不能在1周内用完,就需要冷冻保存了;
    5、将橄榄切碎末备用;
    6、将牛肉粒切碎备用;

    7、起锅,油热后,将洋葱丁和蒜泥加入锅中,翻炒,直到洋葱丁变软;
    8、加入西红柿碎以及番茄酱,翻炒片刻;
    9、将牛肉粒碎加入翻炒;
    10、加入黑橄榄碎,而后加入适量盐,少许糖,改文火,慢慢熬制大约10分钟;
    11、而后加入罗勒;
    12、最后加入大虾,火改为中火,虾熟即可关火,酱汁就完成了。
    煮面的过程,水里稍加盐,然后煮呀煮。
